1. Promotion Period

The promotion opens on 14th September and closes at 11.59pm on 1st October 2026 (NZST/NZDT as applicable).

Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees of Fix22 Ltd, their immediate families, and any person directly involved in organizing or administering this promotion are not eligible to enter.

Fix22 Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

3. How to Enter

To enter the competition, entrants must complete the entry requirements outlined in the promotional material and/or competition entry form.

Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Incomplete, illegible, late, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.

4. The Prize

One winner will receive one Yale Mini Safe with a stated value of NZ$120.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable for cash, or redeemable for an alternative product or credit.

The prize must be accepted as awarded.

Fix22 Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside its reasonable control.

5. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The draw will take place on 2nd October 2026.

The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided when entering.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the first attempt to contact them, or if they are found to be ineligible, Fix22 Ltd reserves the right to conduct another random draw to select a replacement winner.

6. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered to the winner within New Zealand using the delivery details provided by the winner.

Fix22 Ltd will arrange and cover standard delivery of the prize within New Zealand.

Fix22 Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery provider once the prize has been dispatched.

7. Entry Information and Privacy

By entering this promotion, entrants agree that Fix22 Ltd may collect and use the personal information provided for the purposes of:

• administering the competition;
• contacting the winner;
• verifying the winner's eligibility; and
• arranging delivery of the prize.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Fix22 Hardware & Security Privacy Policy and applicable New Zealand privacy law.

Entrants have the right to request access to and correction of their personal information.

Where Fix22 Ltd wishes to use an entrant's information for marketing purposes beyond administering the competition, any required consent or other lawful basis will be obtained separately.

8. Publicity

The winner may be asked whether they consent to Fix22 Ltd publishing their name and/or a photograph of them receiving the prize for promotional purposes.

Any use of the winner's personal information or image for publicity will be subject to the appropriate consent.

9. Disqualification

Fix22 Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• provides false or misleading information;
• attempts to enter more than once where only one entry is permitted;
• tampers with the entry process;
• uses automated or fraudulent methods to enter; or
• otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions.
  
  

10. Changes or Cancellation

Fix22 Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

Any significant change to the promotion will be communicated through the Fix22 Hardware & Security website and/or relevant promotional channels.

11. Social Media Platforms

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or any other social media platform used to promote the competition.

By entering, entrants release those platforms from any responsibility relating to the promotion.

12. General

Fix22 Ltd's decisions regarding the administration of the promotion and selection of the winner are final, subject to applicable New Zealand law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
