Auto-lock mode automatically locks your door after the set time. To adjust the time delay, press the programming button, then 8, then confirm button. For homes located near the coast, we recommend installing your lock in areas less exposed to direct wind and salt spray. Positioning it under a sheltered porch or using a weather guard can help minimize direct exposure to the elements. To keep your lock in optimal condition, we advise occasionally wiping it with a damp cloth to remove any salt build-up. When the battery is low, the lock will sound 10 times and flash red 10 times on the keypad. To perform a factory reset on your unit, remove the battery cover and hold down the reset button for 5 seconds once you hear 3 long beeps.
